Individual Sessions

Individual sessions provide the most effective approach to solving a wide variety of individual challenges. The sessions are tailored to the client's specific needs and desires.

Each session lasts for 1 1/2 hours. This enables the client to gain the greatest amount of benefit in the smallest number of sessions. The number of sessions required for any client issue will vary by the client and the issue. It is my goal to keep the number of sessions to the minimum necessary to meet the needs of the client.

Session 1

The first session is designed to acquaint you with the principals of hypnosis, answer all of your questions and induce a hypnotic state. During the hypnotic state, suggestions will be given to begin the process of transforming or removing the issue you're concerned with.

In a few instances, one session my be all that's needed. In the majority of cases, two or more sessions will be required.

Session 2 and beyond

In each subsequent session, state of the art hypnotic techniques will be used to bring about your desired changes. Depending on the nature of the challenge, the number of subsequent sessions will vary from person to person. The average is 4-5 sessions.

Why 4-5 sessions instead of just one? My experience has been that doing a single session has limited success. The hypnosis works for a few days then "wears off". This is simply because in most instances, the single session does not get to the root cause of the challenge. The single session just provides a temporary change of behavior. To receive lasting change, the root cause of the challenge needs to be discovered and resolved. Solve the root cause and the resulting behavior fades away on it's own.

I'm sure that if you truly want to solve the challenge you're also looking for the best probability of change, yes? My desire is to get as close to a 100% success rate as is possible.
